Well, after having a few lengthier blogs, I'm going to try to cut this one shorter, you know, to spice it up a little! So here are my two things for the day….
First off - BREAKFAST CLUB is tomorrow morning at McDonalds from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. Waaaay too early if you ask me! I'm usually not rolling out of bed until 7:30…but I guess I'll get up early in order to see all of your beautiful, smiling faces! I think it will be a wonderful way to start out the day and an even more wonderful way to start the first Friday of the new school year!
Secondly - no post will be complete without some sort of verse or lyric or other question to ponder. So here is a verse that I have done extensive research on throughout my college career, and I would like you to think about how this applies to your life as you go through this Thursday…
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:14-16
